What We Do & Who We Are

Skills for Living is a ministry committed to bringing Biblical principals off the printed page and into the every day life of those who want to follow God's Word. To that end, our teaching is very practical, straightforward and encourages hearers to take responsibility for their life rather than waiting for 'something' to change or happen.

Skills for Living began in 1991 as a spiritually-based weekly programme to equip men and women with practical skills to make their lives work more effectively and to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Each week people have an opportunity to look into their own lives and learn new skills to improve the quality of their life and their relationships.

Since its inception, thousands of people have attended the weekly groups including visitors from numerous states and foreign countries.

Many of those who attended the weekly groups expressed a desire to have the opportunity to go more deeply into their own issues and to learn root causes for the behaviors that they struggle to change.
